Combining flaxseed, sunflower, pumpkin, hemp and sesame oils, this vegan-friendly formula is designed to complement a healthy diet and lifestyle. Directions
Adults: Take 1 to 3 teaspoons (5–15ml) daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Can be taken directly from the spoon or added to salads, vegetables, smoothies or cold foods. Do not heat. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 6 weeks.
