Viridian Iron Complex offers a mineral that is essential for the healthy production of haemoglobin and red blood cells. The Balanced Iron Complex contains iron bisglycinate, a form of iron that is gentle on the digestive system. Directions:

Ingredients:

Each capsule contains 107mg of magnesium ascorbate, providing 100mg of vitamin C (125% NRV) and 7mg of magnesium (2% NRV), alongside 15mg of iron bisglycinate (107% NRV), 100µg of folic acid (50% NRV), and 50µg of vitamin B12 from methylcobalamin and 5-deoxyadenosylcobalamin (2000% NRV), in a base of alfalfa, spirulina, and bilberry, within a plant cellulose capsule.
