Directions
Shake well before every use. On first use, press the pump 3 times to prime. Spray carefully into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds before swallowing.

Adults: Take 4 sprays daily, taken together or separately. Does not need to be taken with food or water and can be used at any time of day. Once opened, use within 6 months.
