Cooking & Prep Instructions: Cook from frozen. For the most authentic taste and texture, wok-frying is highly recommended.

• Wok / Pan Fry (Recommended): Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a spacious wok or non-stick frying pan over a high heat. Add the frozen contents of the pack directly into the pan. Stir-fry continuously for 5 to 7 minutes, tossing regularly until the tofu cubes are piping hot throughout and the savory soy and ginger glaze forms a beautiful, glossy coating.

• Complete Your Dish: In the final 2 minutes of cooking, toss in your choice of pre-cooked noodles, fresh bean sprouts, pak choi, or sliced peppers to create a vibrant, balanced meal.

• Storage Advice: Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
