Directions

Shake the bottle gently before use. Take one full cup (70ml) every morning and wait 10 minutes before eating or drinking anything. Keep in the fridge once opened.

For adults, take 70ml every day. Due to its robust safety profile, there is no lower age limit for taking Symprove. For children, give 1ml per every 1kg of body weight (for example, 20ml per day for a 20kg child). The recommended initial course is 12 weeks.
