Directions

Hob: Empty the contents of the can into a small saucepan. Heat gently over a medium setting for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally until piping hot. Do not boil rapidly, as this can affect its smooth, creamy texture.

Microwave: Pour the soup into a microwave-safe bowl and cover loosely. Heat on high for 2 minutes, stir thoroughly, and heat for a further 1–2 minutes or until completely hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Wonderful when finished with a crack of fresh black pepper and served alongside warm, crusty bread or rustic croutons. Once opened, transfer any unused soup to a non-metallic container, keep refrigerated, and consume within 2 days.
