Cooking & Prep Instructions: Cook from frozen. Designed for ultimate convenience, there is no need to thaw before use.

• Direct Add (Highly Recommended): Drop the frozen spinach directly into bubbling curries, stews, soups, pasta sauces, or risottos during the final 2 to 3 minutes of cooking. Stir gently until the leaves wilt and heat through completely.

• For Smoothies: Toss a handful of the frozen spinach portions straight into your high-speed blender alongside your favorite fruits and liquids for a vibrant, frosty green smoothie with no prep required.

• Steam or Pan Cook: Place the desired amount into a steamer basket or a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat with a splash of water. Cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until tender. Drain thoroughly and press out excess moisture before serving.
