Usage & Care Instructions: Highly versatile frozen fruit. Use straight from the freezer for cold applications, or thaw gently for desserts and toppings.

• For Smoothies & Bowls: Drop the frozen raspberries directly into your blender for a thick, frosty texture, or scatter them frozen straight into hot porridge or overnight oats where they will thaw beautifully in minutes.

• For Thawing (Desserts & Baking): To use as a topping for cheesecakes, waffles, or yogurt, tip the desired portion onto a plate or bowl. Allow to thaw at room temperature for approximately 30 to 45 minutes (or overnight in the refrigerator) before serving.

• Storage Advice: Store frozen at -18°C or below. Handle the bag gently to avoid crushing the delicate berries, and seal tightly after opening. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
