Directions

Cooking & Prep Instructions: Cook from frozen for optimal results. There is no need to thaw before cooking.

• Stir-Fry / Pan Cook (Recommended): Heat 1 teaspoon of oil or butter in a non-stick frying pan or wok over a medium-high heat. Add the frozen cauliflower rice directly to the pan. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring continuously, until heated through and any surface moisture has evaporated. Season to taste.

• Microwave: Pour the desired amount of frozen cauliflower rice into a microwave-safe bowl. Cover loosely and heat on full power for 3 to 4 minutes (based on an 800W microwave). Stir halfway through cooking. Let stand for 1 minute, fluff with a fork, and serve.

• Storage Advice: Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Reseal the bag tightly after opening to prevent freezer burn. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
