Nature’s Aid SleepEezy® 150mg is a traditional herbal medicinal product containing a concentrated valerian root extract, traditionally used for the temporary relief of sleep disturbances associated with mild anxiety. Each tablet provides 150mg of valerian extract, equivalent to 750–900mg of dried valerian root, offering natural support for relaxation and a more restful night’s sleep. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Directions

Adults and the elderly: Take 1–2 tablets approximately 30 minutes before bedtime. If required, an additional tablet may be taken earlier in the evening. For best results, take continuously for 2–4 weeks.

For oral use only. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Not suitable for individuals under 18 years of age.
