Directions
Adults: Start with 1 teaspoon (5ml) daily and gradually increase to 1 tablespoon (15ml) daily as tolerated. Can be added to coffee, smoothies, shakes, salad dressings or consumed directly. Do not use for frying or high-temperature cooking. Shake well before use.
