Directions

Empty the sauce into a saucepan and warm gently over a medium heat on the stove, stirring occasionally until hot. For a truly professional, glossy finish, toss your freshly cooked, al dente pasta directly into the pan of warm sauce along with a splash of the reserved pasta cooking water a minute before serving. This sauce also makes a wonderful nutritious base for vegetable bakes, bean stews, or layered Mediterranean casseroles.
