Directions

Shake the bottle gently before use. Fill the cap with the mouthwash (approximately 10ml to 15ml).

Pour into your mouth and rinse thoroughly, swishing the liquid carefully between your teeth and along the gumline for approximately 30 seconds.

Spit out the remaining liquid completely. Do not swallow.

For optimum results, use twice daily after brushing your teeth. Do not dilute the mixture with water.
