Directions

To release the full depth and aroma of the spices: Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add a diced onion, and fry until soft. Stir in half a jar of the Madras Curry Paste and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add 400g of your favorite choice of meat, chicken, firm tofu, or seasonal vegetables, and sauté for 5 minutes. Pour in a 200g can of chopped tomatoes and 100ml of water, bring to a boil, and then simmer gently on low heat until your ingredients are tender and fully cooked through. Serve piping hot with basmati rice.

Once opened, keep the jar refrigerated and consume within the timeframe suggested on the label.
