Directions

1. Squeeze a pea-sized amount of the toothpaste onto the bristles of your toothbrush.

2. Brush your teeth thoroughly twice a day, preferably after meals, for at least 2 minutes. Ensure you clean all tooth surfaces, including the outer, inner, and sensitive chewing areas near the gumline.

3. Spit out the remaining foam after brushing, and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.

4. Safety Warning: For children aged 6 years and under, use a smaller, smear-sized amount under adult supervision to minimize swallowing. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
