Directions

1. Fill the bottle cap with the mouthwash (approximately 10ml to 15ml).

2. Pour into your mouth and rinse thoroughly, swishing the liquid expertly between your teeth and along the gumline for approximately 2 minutes.

3. Spit out the remaining liquid completely. Do not swallow.

4. For optimum results, use twice daily after brushing your teeth. Do not rinse your mouth out with water or consume food or drinks for 30 minutes following use to allow the fluoride to work effectively.

5. Safety Warning: Keep out of reach of children. Contains Sodium Fluoride. Not recommended for children under six years of age. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
