Directions

Preparation: Drain the seitan pieces from the savory broth before cooking. The flavorful broth can be reserved and used as a rich base for gravies, stocks, or stews.

Versatile Culinary Uses:

• Stir-Fry: Toss the drained pieces directly into a hot wok with fresh vegetables and noodles, frying for 3–5 minutes until heated through and lightly browned.

• Stews & Casseroles: Add the pieces to rustic stews, hot pots, or curries during the final 10 minutes of cooking, allowing them to absorb the rich surrounding flavors.

• Skewers & Grills: Thread the chunks onto skewers with peppers and onions, brush with your favorite barbecue or teriyaki marinade, and grill or oven-bake until beautifully charred.

Once opened, keep refrigerated in the remaining liquid and consume within 2 days.
