Bio-Kult Everyday Gut is an advanced multi-strain live bacteria supplement scientifically developed to support digestive health. Featuring 14 carefully selected live bacterial strains, this daily formula helps complement your natural gut flora and supports a balanced digestive system. Suitable for everyday use, it is vegetarian, gluten-free, and can be stored at room temperature without refrigeration.
Directions
Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Take up to 4 capsules daily with food.
Children aged 3–11 years: Take 1–2 capsules daily with food.
When taking antibiotics or travelling: Take 4 capsules daily. Continue for 2 weeks after completing an antibiotic course and for 1 week after returning from travel.
Capsules can be swallowed whole or opened and the contents sprinkled onto cool food or drinks.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.

Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), live bacterial culture strains (milk, soya), vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Lactobacillus paracasei PXN® 37™, Lactobacillus plantarum PXN® 47™, Lactobacillus rhamnosus PXN® 54™, Bacillus subtilis PXN® 21®, Bifidobacterium bifidum PXN® 23™, Bifidobacterium breve PXN® 25™, Bifidobacterium longum PXN® 30™, Lactobacillus helveticus PXN® 35™, Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis PXN® 63™, Streptococcus thermophilus PXN® 66™, Bifidobacterium infantis PXN® 27™, Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus PXN® 39™, Lactobacillus helveticus PXN® 45™, Lactobacillus salivarius PXN® 57™.
Each capsule contains 2 billion live bacterial microorganisms (2 x 10⁹ CFU).
