Directions

• Shake well before use.

• On first use, press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.

• Adults and children aged 13 years and over: Use 5 sprays daily, taken together or separately.

• Carefully spray into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds before swallowing.

• Replace the cap after use.

• Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
