Directions

For ambient aromatherapy, mix 5 drops of the blend with water in an electric diffuser or a traditional oil burner, enjoy a comforting steam inhalation, or inhale the grounding aroma straight from the bottle. For a direct sensory cue, place a few drops onto a tissue and keep it near your pillow or in your pocket. For a soothing bath soak or targeted massage, dilute exactly 5 drops of the blend per 10ml of a suitable carrier oil (such as sweet almond or jojoba) before pouring under warm running water or massaging into the skin.
