Directions

Use as desired to ease focal pressure or refresh your personal environment. For direct ambient support, inhale the crisp aroma straight from the bottle, add 5 drops of the blend with water into an electric diffuser or a traditional oil burner, or enjoy an intensive steam inhalation by mixing a few drops into hot water. For a relaxing bath or targeted topical application, dilute exactly 5 drops of the blend per 10ml of a suitable carrier oil before massaging into your skin. (Note: This formula is also available in a pre-diluted 10ml 5% roller ball for direct application to the temples and forehead, as well as a 100ml body and bath oil).

Precautions: For external use only. Do not take internally. Keep safely away from children and out of eyes. Always perform a patch test before first topical use and discontinue immediately if skin irritation occurs. Safe during pregnancy when used strictly within standard guidelines. Not suitable for children under 3 years old. For children aged 3 to 6, diffuse or apply topically at a maximum dilution of 0.5%. Due to the high peppermint content, never apply this oil on or near the face of children.
