Directions for Use

• Stress Relief: Combine with Lavender or Sandalwood in your diffuser to enhance feelings of calm and help quiet an overactive mind.

• Massage: Due to its thick consistency, dilute 1–2 drops into 10ml of a warm carrier oil (such as jojoba or sweet almond) for a massage that helps ease muscular tension and promotes a sense of "rooted" relaxation.

• Personal Perfume: Use a tiny amount blended with a light carrier oil on your pulse points; its rich, long-lasting scent serves as an excellent natural fixative for other floral or citrus oils.
