Directions

Use as desired to uplift your personal environment or refresh your senses. For on-the-go vitality, place a few drops onto a tissue to inhale throughout the day. For targeted topical application or an energizing bath, dilute 5 drops of the blend per 10ml of a suitable carrier oil before massaging into the skin or pouring into warm water.
