Directions

1. Fill the bottle cap with the probiotic mouthwash (approximately 10ml to 15ml).

2. Pour into your mouth and rinse thoroughly, swishing the liquid between your teeth and along the gumline for approximately 30 seconds.

3. Spit out the remaining liquid completely. Do not swallow.

4. For optimum results, use daily after brushing your teeth. Do not dilute the mixture with water.

5. Safety Warning: Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for children under six years of age. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs. Store in a cool, dry place.
