Directions

1. Squeeze a minimal, pea-sized amount of the gel toothpaste onto the bristles of a child-safe toothbrush.

2. Guide or assist your child in brushing their teeth thoroughly twice a day, preferably morning and night, for approximately 2 minutes.

3. Move the brush in gentle, circular motions over all surfaces of the developing teeth, taking care around the gumline.

4. Encourage your child to spit out the excess gel after brushing. While it is safe if small amounts are accidentally swallowed, it is a good habit to encourage spitting out excess foam.

5. Store the tube in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and replace the cap tightly after each use.
