Directions
Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Take 1 sachet daily, 1 hour before bedtime. Pour the granules directly into the mouth and swallow, with or without water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Excessive consumption may produce a laxative effect. Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of the sight and reach of children.
