Directions

Preparation: Drain the seitan pieces from the tamari liquid before cooking. If desired, you can reserve the savory marinade to use as a rich seasoning base for sauces, stir-fries, or gravies.

Versatile Culinary Uses:

• Stir-Fry: Add the drained seitan pieces directly into a smoking-hot wok with crisp vegetables and noodles. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until hot and beautifully browned at the edges.

• Curries & Stews: Toss the pieces into simmering coconut curries, hot pots, or rich vegetable stews during the last 5–10 minutes of cooking so they can absorb the surrounding flavors.

• Wraps & Salads: Shred or slice the pieces thin, pan-fry with a touch of oil, and layer them into fresh wraps, tacos, or warm grain salads.

Once opened, keep refrigerated in the remaining liquid and consume within 2 days.
