Directions

For oral use only. For optimal results, begin taking the tablets as soon as possible after experiencing an injury, fall, or physical overexertion.

1.Determine your dosage group:Age-dependent restrictions.

Identify the correct hourly and daily maximum limits based on the user's age.
2.Take 1 tablet hourly if needed:Adults & Children 12+ years.

Suck or chew 1 tablet every hour as needed. Do not exceed a maximum daily dose of 10 tablets.
3.Adjust for younger children:Children 3 to 11 years.

  • Ages 8 to 11 years: Take 1 tablet hourly up to a maximum of 7 tablets daily.

  • Ages 3 to 7 years: Take 1 tablet hourly up to a maximum of 5 tablets daily.
