Viridian ViridiKid Multivitamin & Mineral is a comprehensive children's supplement formulated to support growth, immunity, energy production and overall wellbeing. Suitable for children aged 2–14 years, it provides 26 essential vitamins, minerals and nutrients, including vitamins A, C, D, E and K, alongside zinc, iron, iodine and magnesium. The easy-to-swallow microcapsules can also be opened and mixed into food or drinks, making them ideal for younger children. Directions
As a food supplement, take with food as follows:

• Children aged 2–6 years: 1 capsule daily
• Children aged 7–13 years: 2 capsules daily
• Ages 14 years and over: 3 capsules daily
