Cooking & Prep Instructions: Cook from frozen. For the absolute crispest texture, oven baking or air frying is recommended.

Oven Bake: Preheat your oven to 200°C (Gas Mark 6). Spread the frozen tempura tofu chunks evenly across a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time, until the batter is puffed, golden brown, and delightfully crunchy.

Air Fryer: Arrange the pieces in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Cook at 190°C for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure an even, all-over crisp finish.

Serving Suggestion: Serve immediately while piping hot alongside sweet chili sauce, katsu curry sauce, or a light soy dipping glaze.

Storage Advice: Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
