Preparation: Unlike traditional soy-based texturized vegetable protein (TVP), Sunflower Mince is completely instant and requires no pre-soaking or rehydration before use. It absorbs roughly 2 to 3 times its weight in liquid during cooking.

Versatile Culinary Uses:

• Instant Bolognese & Lasagne: Prepare your favorite tomato, garlic, and herb pasta sauce. Once bubbling, sprinkle the dry sunflower mince straight into the sauce during the final 5 minutes of cooking. It will instantly plump up, absorbing the rich Italian flavors.
