Directions

Hob: Empty the contents of the can into a small saucepan. Heat gently over a medium setting for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally until piping hot. Do not allow the soup to boil rapidly, as this can alter its smooth texture and flavor.

Microwave: Pour the soup into a microwave-safe container and cover loosely. Heat on high power for 2 minutes, stir thoroughly, and heat for an additional 1–2 minutes or until completely hot. Let it stand for 1 minute before serving.

Absolutely divine when paired with a classic vegan grilled cheese toastie or a piece of warm, crusty sourdough bread. Once opened, transfer any remaining soup to a non-metallic airtight container, keep refrigerated, and consume within 2 days.
