Directions
Hob: Empty the contents of the can into a small saucepan. Heat gently over a medium setting for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even heating until the daal is piping hot.
Microwave: Pour the daal into a microwave-safe bowl and cover loosely. Heat on high power for 2 minutes, stir thoroughly, and heat for a further 1–2 minutes or until completely hot throughout. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Perfect when paired with fluffy basmati rice, warm naan bread, or served as a side dish alongside your favorite curry. Once opened, transfer any unused contents to a non-metallic airtight container, keep refrigerated, and consume within 2 days.
