It also serves as a fantastic, allergen-friendly plant-based egg substitute: simply combine 1 tablespoon of finely ground linseed with 3 tablespoons of water, stir well, and let it sit for 5 minutes until it forms a thick, binding gel. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once ground, keep stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator to protect the delicate essential oils from oxidizing.
