They also work wonderfully when folded directly into flatbread doughs (such as Methi Paratha or Naan), stirred into potato side dishes (Aloo Methi), or mixed into creamy yogurt raitas and savory marinades. Because their distinct aroma can diminish under prolonged boiling, it is highly recommended to add them during the final 2 to 3 minutes of simmering or use them purely as a finishing garnish.
