Operating much like a tea bag but for savory dishes, each sachet contains a precisely balanced, aromatic mixture of marjoram, thyme, parsley, rosemary, and bay leaves. Directions

Incorporate directly into liquid-based dishes early in the cooking process to allow the herbs time to properly infuse. Simply drop one sachet into your favorite soups, broths, bone stocks, stews, braises, or casseroles. It can also be added to the pot when boiling grains, lentils, or beans to impart a delicate herbal note. Once your dish has finished cooking and achieved its maximum depth of flavor, lift the sachet out with a spoon and discard it before serving.
