Packaged in a 30g box, these 100% certified organic seeds are derived from Brassica rapa var. cymosa (also known as Broccoletti or Raab). Cultivated sustainably in Italy without synthetic inputs or irradiation, they represent the ultimate way to grow a continuous, fresh supply of vital nutrients right on your windowsill. During the active germination phase, the plant reaches its absolute peak nutritional density, releasing high concentrations of vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, essential minerals, dietary fiber, and a naturally occurring antioxidant compound known as sulforaphane glucosinolate.

Directions

Rinse thoroughly in fresh, cool water before starting the germination process. To sprout, place 1 tablespoon of seeds into a glass germinator jar or a tiered sprouting tray, cover with fresh water, and allow them to soak undisturbed for approximately 6 hours. Drain completely. For the next 4 to 6 days, rinse the developing sprouts thoroughly with fresh water twice daily, keeping them situated in a bright location maintained at an ideal room temperature of 18°C to 22°C, out of direct sunlight. Note: The natural development of tiny, white fibrous root hairs is completely normal during growth and should not be mistaken for mold. Once fully grown, rinse one final time before serving. These freshly harvested sprouts make an exceptional, nutrient-dense culinary topping for crisp green salads, breakfast egg dishes, healthy summer rolls, savory dips, or blended directly into green smoothies. Storage: Store the unsprouted seeds in a cool, dry place protected from direct light.
