Cooking & Prep Instructions: For the best flavor and crisp texture, cook straight from frozen. Avoid overcooking to maintain their signature sweet snap.

• Boil / Simmer (Quickest): Bring a pan of water to a rolling boil. Add the frozen petit pois and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain thoroughly, toss with a touch of butter or olive oil, and season to taste.

• Microwave: Place the desired amount of frozen peas into a microwave-safe bowl and add 1–2 tablespoons of water. Cover loosely and heat on full power for 2 to 3 minutes (based on an 800W microwave), stirring halfway through. Drain any excess water before serving.

• Direct Add: Toss the frozen petit pois directly into bubbling curries, risottos, paellas, or pasta sauces during the last 3 minutes of cooking.

• Storage Advice: Store frozen at -18°C or below. Pour out what you need and reseal the bag immediately to preserve freshness. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
