Optibac One Week Flat x7 Sachets

Optibac Probiotics One Week Flat is a short-term friendly bacteria supplement designed to complement the natural gut bacteria. Each sachet provides 5 billion live cultures combined with FOS fibres and contains four scientifically researched strains from the Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium and Lactococcus genera. The strains are proven to survive stomach acidity and reach the gut alive. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, this gluten-free formula comes in convenient, flavourless sachets that can be mixed into cool food or drink.

Directions

Adults and children aged 4 years and over: Take one sachet daily with food, preferably with breakfast when stomach acidity is at its most neutral. Shake the sachet, then slowly sprinkle the contents into a glass of water and swirl vigorously until fully dissolved. Do not use a spoon, as this may cause the powder to clump.

For best results, take for seven consecutive days, or as professionally directed. Live cultures should be mixed only with cold, non-acidic food or drink, as heat and acidity may damage the bacteria. Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration is not required.
