Wholegrains are a rich source of fibre, vitamins and minerals - oats are high in soluble fibre and also naturally contain manganese**, phosphorous**, magnesium, zinc, iron, folate, vitamin B6 and thiamin.
Our oatcakes contain nutrients** that contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
