Directions

Suitable for children from age 2 upwards. Individual needs may vary. Start with a smaller dose of 0.9g (approximately ½ teaspoon) daily and gradually increase to the recommended dose for your child's age category. MAG365 Kids can be taken during or outside of meals, and the daily intake can be split into multiple portions if preferred.

Recommended Daily Dosage Guidelines:

• Age 3: 0.5g (approx. ¼ teaspoon)

• Age 4–8: 2.1g (approx. 1 level teaspoon)

• Age 9–18: 2.6g (approx. 1.25 teaspoons)

Preparation Instructions: Simply mix the powder in a glass or mug with 30–60ml of hot water. Allow it to fizz, then stir until completely dissolved. Once fully activated, fill the remainder of the glass with warm or cold water (or your child's favorite juice) and enjoy. Note: If using cold water exclusively, allow the mixture to sit for approximately 20 to 30 minutes to fully ionize before drinking.
