Jan de Vries Confidence Essence is a specially formulated blend of flower essences selected to support self-confidence, courage and positive thinking. Prepared according to traditional flower essence principles, this gentle liquid formula is ideal for use during challenging situations, public speaking, interviews, examinations or whenever additional emotional reassurance is desired. Directions
Adults and children: Take 5 drops in a little water, 3 times daily, or as required. Alternatively, place directly on the tongue. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
