Directions

To release the vibrant depth of the spices, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and lightly sauté chopped garlic. Stir in half a jar of the Red Thai Paste and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add your favorite choice of meat, seafood, tofu, or vegetables (such as diced peppers), and sauté until sealed. Pour in 300ml of organic coconut milk, bring the mixture to a boil, and then let it simmer gently until your ingredients are cooked through. Serve hot alongside a steaming bowl of jasmine rice.
