Directions

To unleash the vibrant aromas of the spices: Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add a diced onion, and fry until soft. Stir in half a jar of the Tikka Masala Curry Paste and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add 400g of your preferred choice of meat, poultry, tofu, or seasonal vegetables, and fry for 5 minutes. Stir in a 200g can of chopped tomatoes and 100ml of coconut milk (or your choice of plant-based cream), bring to a light boil, and then simmer gently until the ingredients are tender and cooked through. Serve hot with basmati rice.

Once opened, keep the jar refrigerated and consume within the timeframe suggested on the label.
