Directions
To cook a classic, mild Korma: Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan, add a large diced onion, and fry until soft. Stir in half a jar of the Korma Curry Paste and cook for 1 minute to release the fragrant aromas. Add 400g of your choice of meat, tofu, or vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes. Pour in 200g of tinned chopped tomatoes and 100ml of coconut milk (add more coconut milk if you prefer a creamier, milder finish), then simmer gently until cooked through. Serve hot with fluffy rice or warm naan bread.
Once opened, keep the jar refrigerated and consume within the timeframe suggested on the label.
