Directions

To release the vibrant depth of the spices, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add a large diced onion, and fry until soft. Stir in half a jar of the Bhuna Curry Paste and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add 400g of your favorite choice of meat, diced tofu, or vegetables, and sauté for 5 minutes. Stir in a 200g can of chopped tomatoes along with 50ml of water, bring to a light boil, and then simmer gently until your ingredients are thoroughly tender and cooked through. Serve hot with basmati rice or warm naan bread.

Once opened, keep the jar refrigerated and consume within the timeframe suggested on the label.
