Preparation: Clearspring Organic Tofu is fully cooked and ready to use straight from the pack. Simply cut open the packaging, drain away any excess water, and slide the tofu out onto a cutting board.

Versatile Culinary Uses:

• Cold & Raw: Slice into delicate cubes to top traditional miso soups, toss into fresh salads, or enjoy chilled with a drizzle of soy sauce, grated ginger, and spring onions.

• Blended: Whisk into smooth sauces, creamy dairy-free salad dressings, vegan cheesecakes, or blend directly into morning smoothies for a major protein boost.

• Hot Dishes: Gently fold into bubbling curries, stews, or stir-fries at the very end of cooking, handling with care to keep the smooth blocks intact.

Once opened, keep submerged in water in an airtight container, store in the refrigerator, and consume within 2 days. Do not freeze.
