Usage & Care Instructions: Keep frozen. Designed for easy rolling and home baking.

• Defrosting: Thaw the pastry block thoroughly in its packaging before use (preferably overnight in the refrigerator).

• Preparation: Bring the defrosted pastry to room temperature before handling. Remove all packaging.

• Rolling: Lightly dust a clean work surface or pastry board with a little bit of gluten-free flour. Roll out the dough evenly to your desired thickness (approximately 3mm is ideal for most pies and tarts) using a steady, light pressure.

• Baking: Shape, fill, and assemble according to your chosen recipe. Bake in a preheated oven following your specific recipe guidelines until the crust is beautifully firm and golden-brown.

• Storage Advice: Store frozen at -18°C or below. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
