Packaged in a 400g glass jar filled with water to maintain freshness, it is completely plant-based, gluten-free, and an exceptional source of high-quality vegan protein and dietary fiber.

Directions

Preparation: Drain the tempeh from the jar and gently pat it dry with a clean kitchen towel. Slice, cube, or crumble the block depending on your recipe. Chef's Tip: Steaming the tempeh for 10 minutes before marinating helps open up its pores, allowing it to soak up flavors even better!

Versatile Culinary Uses:

• Pan-Fry or Bake: Toss cubed tempeh in soy sauce, garlic, and a touch of maple syrup, then pan-fry in a little oil until golden-brown and crispy, or bake at 200°C for 15–20 minutes.

• Stir-Fries & Grain Bowls: Add crispy fried tempeh pieces directly to vibrant vegetable stir-fries, noodle dishes, or nourishing Buddha bowls.

• Tempeh 'Mince': Crumble the block using your hands or a grater and sauté with herbs and spices to create a high-protein filling for vegan tacos, bolognese, or chili.

Once opened, keep refrigerated in an airtight container and consume within 2 days.
