Directions

Use regularly as a targeted body massage oil or a relaxing bath additive to ease tension and uplift your spirit. For an aromatherapy bath, add 1 to 2 tablespoons directly into warm running water, agitating the water slightly to disperse the oil before lying back to soak. For targeted topical support, pour a small amount into your palms and massage firmly into your skin—especially over the lower abdomen, lower back, or behind the ankles where it can best support physical comfort.
